1. Health
a. Eat well – this involves eating regularly throughout the day, and eating healthy foods.
b. Drink enough water – aiming for 10 glasses a day
c. Exercize regularly – follow the Mount Timpanogus 2006 Plan
these items will be measured by the number of days adhering to the plan
2. Home
a. Bring in some money – whatever I can do to make money, including marketing Wallypop
measured by amount of money I’m able to bring in
b. Tidy Home – this involves following my daily routines for home tidiness
measured by general cleanliness of house
c. Stick within a budget – help our family stick within our ever-shrinking budget
measured by % variance from budget
3. Family
a. Breastfeed to at least one year.
