about a lb of ground lamb
1 glob minced garlic
some onion, diced
2 roma tomatoes, diced, including juice.
1 c orzo
1 c broth
Brown lamb with some olive oil. Add garlic, onion, tomato, orzo, broth, rosemary, mint. Simmer until orzo is cooked.
We ate it on flatbread with hummus.
