Fiction Book #2

Though I’m now totally into Fellowship of the Ring, I had requested The Handmaid’s Tale from the library back when I was still finding Fellowship of the Ring to be super boring. Then I had it here, and it seemed a waste to return it without reading it, so I took a quick break from Fellowship of the Ring to read The Handmaid’s Tale. Took about 3 days. It was a good book, though I couldn’t shake the feeling that the point of the story was kind of anti-stuff I believe in.

But it was very interesting, intriguing, and also left me frustrated. It didn’t have a neat, tied-up ending. I like neat, tied-up endings in my books.
