I ended up cooking with Phyllo dough, which I’ve never used before. Not hard once you get the hang of it. I made Burek for our monthly Freezer Meal Group, which is yummy and freezes well.

Brown hamburger and season as you like (I recommend onion and paprika). Use two layers of phyllo, brushing melted butter on each. Spread hamburger along the long edge of the phyllo sheet, roll into a snake shape, then curl into a snail shape. Bake 375 for 15 minutes.
